I started in the insurance industry in 1982 as an agent of the Rural Insurance Companies. In 1992, I left Rural Insurance to form my own independent insurance agency. As an independent agency. Allowing us to select the best coverage and rates for our clients.

I am licensed to sell insurance in Wisconsin and Michigan. My license is for property, casualty, life, and health insurance. 

Personally, I have been married to my wife, Judy, for over 50 years. We have 4 adult children and 6 grandchildren. In my free time, I enjoy hunting, fishing, travel, and spending time with my family.

Isabel Kutzner 

 CPIA – Property and Casualty Agent / Office Manager

I have been with Delain Insurance Agency since 2018, beginning my career as a bilingual Customer Service Representative and obtaining my license in 2020. As a licensed Property and Casualty Agent in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Illinois, I specialize in commercial lines and provide tailored insurance solutions to our clients. I am also expanding my expertise by learning about life insurance.

Personally, I am happily married and have a daughter. During my free time, I enjoy baking, traveling, learning new things, and spending time with my family.

Carla Martinez 

Property and Casualty Agent

I joined Delain Insurance Agency in 2022, starting my career as a receptionist before advancing to my current position as a bilingual Property and Casualty Agent, focusing on commercial lines. I am happily married and the proud parent of two fur babies, Zeus and Phoebe. Outside of work, I value spending quality time with my family and friends.

I have been with Delain Insurance Agency for over 20 years working as a licensed personal lines agent. 

I am happily married with 3 children, 1 grandson, and 2 fur babies.



Roxie, our dog, occasionally comes to work with me but prefers to stay home and keep her cat company.

I have been with Delain Insurance Agency since 2021. I obtained my Personal Lines license in 2023 for Wisconsin and am learning the ins and outs of commercial lines to obtain my Property and Casualty license.

I am happily married with a son, who you might see here on occasion.

In my free time, I like to spend time with my family.

Customer Service Representative

I have been with Delain Insurance Agency since 2023, serving as a bilingual Customer Service Representative. I am currently expanding my knowledge of commercial lines to better assist our clients and provide comprehensive support.

I am happily engaged and have one fur baby named Shiro, who you might see occasionally.

Security Team

I joined the office in 2022 when my dad, Dave, brought me in. As the sole member of the security team, I take my responsibility of greeting customers very seriously. You might spot me outside, birdwatching, or trying to get treats from the ladies in the office.

Ana Martinez

Receptionist

Even though my name is Ana, everyone calls me Maggie. I’ve been with Delain Insurance for a couple of months as a receptionist. I speak English and Spanish, and I’m always happy to help in any way I can.



I’m married with two children. I love being at home and spending time with my family, but if there’s a plan that involves a good outdoor adventure, count me in!

Part-Time Greeter

I joined Delain Insurance Agency back in 2015. Currently, I am a part-time greeter. In my free time, I enjoy taking naps and playing with my car.
